Unfortunately you are unable to bring your own food into the cafe. This is due to us needing to be able to manage allergens.
The only exception to this is for weaning babies (under 1 years old), though please do not feel you have to bring them food as our hot meals can easily be adapted for weaning babies and there are plenty of options on our snack plates that would be appropriate for finger foods.

Most importantly we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the space. In order to do this we have a few rules of play to keep it a friendly and enjoyable place to be and to keep everyone safe.
Please remove shoes and wear socks in the play areas
No food or drink to be taken into the play areas
Children must be supervised by their parent/guardian at all times.
Unfortunately, food cannot be brought in from outside The Family Nook so that we can help manage allergens onsite.
Be kind - let’s make The Family Nook a supportive and welcoming space for everyone
Please help us keep the play area an inviting space by putting toys away when you have finished with them
Please report any accidents or concerns to a member of staff - we are here to help!
Sharing and inclusion of others is encouraged, it’s lovely to make new friends through play
Please be aware of our littlest guests, they are just learning to sit, crawl and walk - let’s move slowly so we don’t risk bumping into them or each other
No throwing of toys within the space, this could result in injuries, we want to keep everyone safe please.
But most importantly - HAVE FUN!
